THE 'DIS' TO THIS™ FRAMEWORK
A proprietary diagnostic system built from three decades of pattern recognition across SF Bay Area/Silicon Valley's
organizational landscape. From voice technology pioneering in the 1990s through today's AI integration, I've
identified patterns that consistently block organizational & human-centric effectiveness—and the structural
interventions that create lasting transformation.
MY APPROACH:
After working with executives and professionals in demanding workflows, strategic cycles and interpersonal dynamics, a pattern emerged: the same states show up again & again. Different industries, titles, and presenting problems -- but recurring underlying disruptions.

HOW THIS METHODOLOGY WAS FORGED
My methodology is honed from being a Senior Corporate Trainer traveling nationally in the 1990s, the rigor of
attaining a Masters in Leadership from Saint Mary's College of California in 2000's, coaching & consulting assignments over two decades across industries, leadership tiers and transitional challenges.
HOW THIS METHODOLOGY WAS FORGED
My methodology is honed from being a Senior Corporate Trainer traveling nationally in the 1990s, the rigor of
attaining a Masters in Leadership from Saint Mary's College of California in 2000's, coaching & consulting assignments over two decades across industries, leadership tiers and transitional challenges. The consultative journey continued with post-pandemic facilitative assignments at several nonprofits, executive coaching with Dean-Provost-Executive Officers, leadership development coaching in faith-based organizations, and strategy work within global Fintech/Silicon Valley start-ups.
This methodology is partly shaped by my marching band and jazz influenced musicality—I grew up a clarinetist and woodwinds player who played by music and by ear, and learned to apply that improvisation-within-structure philosophy to pedagogy of adult development & organizational work. Whether read-the-music or read-the-room, I recognize the unwritten and situational patterns of disruption and change.
I work across the entire organizational landscape—from 3-person founding teams to 5,000-person enterprises—because the 'Dis' states show up consistently regardless of scale, stage, or sector.
